In order to organize the central process regarding participation and reporting sick more efficiently and better, Zelfstandigen Bouw turned to i-Design with the question whether the process could be automated so that a participant can see the status of his product and associated specifications, such as insight into AOV funds, the current balance or a status of payments and transactions.
After various sessions with the management of Zelfstandigen Bouw, i-Design made a complete proposal containing information about the end product to be delivered, the duration and the costs so that our client has clarity about all facets in advance. In these sessions it became clear that it is important that the target group has one environment with one login in order to increase ease of use. For this, various connections had to be made with different software packages. A nice side effect is that repetitive human actions are automated and these colleagues can be deployed for activities where human action is of real added value.
The AOV portal. User-friendly software that gives the self-employed person 24/7 access to his or her data and by linking with Exact, among others, internal processes could be further automated, so that data can be consulted from one system with one login. The employee of Zelfstandigen Bouw does not have to process data in various applications and thus double actions are prevented.
After the launch, the permanent development team of i-Design, through an accessible way of working together, ensures the further development of the portal and they think along critically so that the portal functions a little bit better every day.
